We believe God has a plan for every ministry destined to be accomplished.  Embracing Presence-Based Leadership allows us to discover and fulfill the plan not only in mission but governance, relationships, funding, every aspect of what we do.  Our 24 years of experience with over 1,400 ministry consultations and training has resulted in producing presence-based ministries with presence-based leaders, building a foundation of prayer and creating a ministry stewardship strategy.

LifeSteward Ministries incorporates this spiritual paradigm into all our on-site consultations through a "Presence-Based Leadership" model that transforms ministries, leaders, and communities!
