National Consultants

Liz Babbitt has an extensive background in non-profit management, development and training since 1986. Liz holds an M.Ed. and has held positions as a training director and regional manager for a non-profit counseling service as well as serving as a national trainer and consultant for one of the nation’s largest non-profit  advocacy groups. Liz became involved in a multi-center CPC in 1989; first serving as a volunteer, then as Executive Director for 8 years.  Liz and husband, Doug, live in Groveland, MA with their two sons. She began training for us in  2006.

Rindy Brooks serves as Executive Director of Heartbeats of Licking County in Newark, Ohio. She has been in that position since 2000 and under her watch, bought and paid for a building, went medical, received a federal abstinence grant and now, venturing out with a mobile center. She and her husband Bob, have four (almost grown) children and ran the four-generation family dairy farm for 23 years. Rindy became a consultant in 2006.


Kama Tate Gregory has been involved in pregnancy center work for over 17 years, having served as an executive director in Nashville, TN for 4 years, where the center budget tripled and became fully medical. Following her ministry with PRC, Kama served as the executive director of a large non-profit in GA and as CEO of a hospital foundation. She currently serves as executive director of an international Christian medical mission. Kama, and husband Matt, reside in Anchorage, AK, with their two babies. She began consulting for us in 2004.


Laure Hoffman resides in Greensboro, NC with her husband, Philip, and three children, Ryan, Aaron and Caitlin.  She served a total of 11 years as the executive director of two pregnancy care centers in North Carolina and Tennessee and was a Care Net consultant for 10 years.  Laure began training with us in 2002 and is currently a professional fundraiser in higher education.


Amy Jones is the Director of Leadership Development with Christian Life Homes in Raleigh, NC, where she and the staff provide care to young women in unplanned pregnancy. CLH has become a model to others wanting to start similar ministries across the United States and in other countries. Amy has been with Christian Life Homes for 20 years and has served as counselor, relief houseparent and Executive Director. She is now on the Board of Directors for her state coalition. Amy also serves as a consultant with Heartbeat International.


Brent Lambert is the Founder & CEO of a multi-center operation in Jackson, TN.  He has served in this capacity at the Birth Choice Pregnancy Resource Clinics for 16 years after owning and operating his own business.  He resides in Jackson with his wife, Beverly, and their four children.  Brent began training for us in 2002.


Mark McDougal has been the Executive Director of Ruth Harbor Maternity Home in Des Moines IA since April 2002.  The Ruth Harbor staff provides housing and care for young women facing an unplanned pregnancy.  He also serves his local church as the Community Group Director where he coaches and trains small group leaders. His previous responsibilities have included marketing communications in the financial services industry, fee-based financial planning, and a college athletic director.  He and his wife, Deb, have three children.

Connie Moore joined our training team in December 2006. She also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Pregnancy Help and Information Center in Tallahassee, Florida. She has been with the center since 1997 taking the position as Chief Executive Officer in 1999. Under her leadership the center has had a phenomenal 400% growth in annual budget, purchased a 7,000 square foot building and is currently undergoing a medical conversion. She and her husband, Richard, have two grown sons, a daughter in law and an adorable grandson.


Cindy O'Leary joined The HOPE Center in Woodstock, GA as Executive Director in March 2006.  Cindy is a registered nurse with over 25 years of experience in healthcare.  After ten years as a staff nurse in Labor and Delivery and Certified Childbirth Educator, Cindy worked for twelve years in corporate America.  A mission trip to Guatemala was used by the Lord to instill in Cindy a renewed passion for praise and worship and the desire to serve Him wholeheartedly , even in her vocation.  Cindy and her husband Ken are recent empty nesters with daughter Katie recently married and son Ryan in college.  Cindy joined our team in 2009.


CJ Payne has served as the Executive Director of CPC Pregnancy Resources since the opening of the ministry's first center in 1990. She now oversees two centers that provide ultrasound services. One center is located in Moline, Illinois and the other is in Davenport, Iowa. Prior to her position with the CPCPR, her background includes owning and operating a Marketing Research Firm, as well as serving as the Marketing Director of a local Christian radio station. CJ and her husband, David, have 4 children and 10 grandchildren.


Christine Reyes began her work in the pro-life arena in 1983 as a founding board member of a pregnancy center in Pinellas County, Florida. For fifteen years she worked in a variety of areas within that ministry, including Events Director, Abstinence Director and Center Director. In 1998, Christine and her family moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan, to work with the PRC and LIFE International where they served for three years. Christine currently serves as Executive   Director of Life Network in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she lives with her husband, Raul, and their 5 children.
