President, Vicky McCarter was the primary trainer for LifeSteward Ministries traveling  on-site to train ministries for 6 years as a partner with our founder, before becoming President in 2001.  Prior to that, she served as the executive director of a large multi-center ministry in South Florida, and as a Care Net consultant for 7 years. Vicky leads LifeSteward Ministries with over 22 years of hands-on ministry experience. She has a deep passion to help ministries grow and be all the Father has called them to be.  Vicky and her husband David have 5 children and live in Knoxville, TN.

Bookkeeper, Elaine McCrotty joined our staff in 2011.  She brings years of financial excellence having served Christian schools, and Young Life, and the private sector in financial operations. Elaine is responsible for bookeeping for the ministry.  She and her husband Steve live in Lenoir City and have 2 children.
