President, Vicky Botsford was the primary trainer for the ministry and a partner working on-site with centers for 6 years prior to becoming President in 2001. She formerly served as the Executive Director of a large multi-center operation in South Florida for 6 years. Vicky also was a Care Net consultant for 7 years and has 22 years of hands-on pregnancy center experience. She has a deep passion to help ministries grow and be all the Father has called them to be. Vicky and her two sons have lived in Knoxville for 7 years.

Vice President, Beth Diemert previously served as Vice President of Heartbeat International from 1998 to 2005 and provided oversite and training of affiliated centers. She was the founding Executive Director of a large multi-center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where she served for 10 years. Beth has 20 years experience with pregnancy centers at every level of development. She resides in Pittsburgh where she is the proud aunt of eight nieces and nephews.

Director of Training, Lisa Holub joined our staff in the summer of 2005. She has over 20 years experience in pregnancy center ministry, serving in various capacities at a center in Middle Tennessee before becoming Executive Director for 10 years. She also served as a Care Net consultant for 7 years and as Vice President of Center Development at Care Net's national office for 4 years. Lisa and her husband, Chuck, moved to Knoxville in 2005 and have four children and seven grandchildren.

Director of Operations, Christy Jensen joined our staff in 2010. She has 8 years experience in business leadership and regularly serves with the womens ministry at Faith Promise Church.  Christy and her husband, Art, moved to Knoxville in 2007 and have four children ages 15 to 23.
